The vessel arrived in Philadelphia on March 24 after a ninety-day journey from Shanghai, China.  The cranes will be installed at the Packer Avenue Marine Terminal, operated by Astro Holdings, an affiliate of Holt Logistics.

PhilaPort, along with Astro Holdings, purchased the cranes manufactured by ZPMC as part of a USD300 million port development plan. The cranes, costing USD12 million, measure 391 ft (119 m) tall and weigh 1,528 tonnes each.

In the first quarter of 2019, PhilaPort will take delivery of another two identical cranes. Astro Holdings will also add another unit at the Packer Avenue Marine Terminal, bringing the total number of cranes at the terminal to seven.
