Liebherr LTM1060-3.1

The LTM 1060-3.1 features particularly high load capacities and long boom systems. Product Description

The new Liebherr LTM1060-3.1 features a 48 metres main boom and 9.5 to 16 metres bi-fold swing away jib extension, giving a maximum hook height of 63 metres and a maximum radius of 48 metres. The specifications include optional 6x6x6 drive, Telma retarder and remote control unit for all superstructure functions.

Technical Specifications

The LTM1060-3.1 is on a 3-axle carrier that has a 5-section main boom of lifting height of 48 metres. It can be increased with the addition of a fly jib.

Travel with Full Counterweight in the UK

The 60 ton all terrain is able to carry all 12.8 ton of counterweight and double fly jib and remain within STGO (Special Types General Order) regulations and hence very suitable to be used as a taxi crane in the country.

Milestones

UK-based crane company Tonhout Crane Hire has taken delivery of their first unit of Liebherr crane, the LTM1060-3.1 to their existing fleet in March 2015.

UK-based Central Crane Hire (Hull) has taken delivery of their first unit of Liebherr, which was the 3-axle LTM1060-3.1 in Jan 2016.

Bedfordshire, UK-based NMT Crane Hire purchased LTM1060-3.1 as their 40th crane in their 40th year of business in December 2016. This will join with the LTC1050-3.1 and LTC1045-3.1 they purchased earlier.
