Sany SCC3000WE

The SCC3000WE rolled off from Sany’s production line in October 2010, boosting as the world’s first special purpose crawler crane featuring with movable counterweights for windmill installation projects. The crane can be used for installation of the full range of 1.5MW wind power generators. During Bauma Shanghai 2010, it has gained recognition and merits of experts in the industry.

Product Description

SCC3000WE has an inspection display system on the cabin to check the stability and show the information on the screen, enabling the operator to have a clearer view of the entire crane to enhance safer operation. Meanwhile, it also adopts the electric control system, improving the controllability of the crane and facilitates easier maintenance.

It also features one of the world’s first foldable boom sections, which aids in lowering the gravity of the entire crane while traveling with all booms attached. This enhance the stability of the crane during traveling.

The SCC3000WE has a telescopic track, which can be set at positions of 7.8m, 6.2m, and 4.8m, reducing the cost of road construction for wind power plant by 40%. The width needed to transport the crane is as low as 3 metres. In addition, the 300 tonnes crawler crane is equipped with a mobile pumping station to facilitate assembly and disassembly of lattice boom.
