Product Description

Efficient Hydraulic Control

Thee 600-ton all-terrain crane uses self-developed dual-pump converging/diversion main valve. Converging flow of the single-action dual-pump ensure fast and efficient operation. Combined-action dual-pump diversion system is applied to ensure stable controllability.

The electric proportional variable displacement piston pump is used to ensure high-accurate flow control which is efficient and energy-saving.

Excellent & Stable Chassis

The use of innovative 8-axle chassis design, 6 driving modes and 4 braking modes provide more reliable travelling performance.

High stability and safety are guaranteed with tipping over early-warning technology.

Intelligent Electronic Control

The adoption of internationally advanced distributed integration bus data communication network and the configuration of abundant sensing elements can achieve timely feedback of data information and monitor the overall working status in real-time. The human-computer interaction interface is used to meet the customer’s individual requirements.

Safe & Comfortable Cab

The crane’s cab is made of safety glass and anti-corrosion steel plate with ergonomic design such as full coverage soften interior, panoramic sunroof and adjustable seats etc., providing a more comfortable and safe operation experience.

The 8-axle mobile crane is equipped with a 7-section, 90 metres main boom, the longest so far in its class. When equipped with a 90-metre luffing jib, it can reach a maximum lifting height of 136 metres, as mentioned by Sany spokesman.

The 600 ton all-terrain has been specially researched and design for windmill installation in mountainous terrain.

The crane uses only 165 tonnes counterweight, same as Liebherr 500 ton mobile crane, LTM1500-8.1 and width less than 2.3 metres.
