M-Kran takes delivery of another Liebherr LTM 1500-8.1 mobile crane

Crane company M-Kran took delivery of a Liebherr LTM 1500-8.1 mobile crane in December. This is the second crane of this type in the fleet as the Liebherr 500-tonne machine is in particularly high demand in Russia. The 8-axle 500-tonne mobile crane represents an expansion in the Moscow company’s fleet in this load capacity class. The LTM 1500-8.1 is now the fourth mobile crane that Liebherr has delivered to M-Kran this year.

M-Kran Sales Managers Alexandr Conic, Georgy Cuiujuclu and Anna Cuiujuclu travelled to the manufacturing plant in Ehingen to take delivery of the new 500-tonne crane in person. Georgy Cuiujuclu explains: “The Liebherr LTM 1500-8.1 will keep our fleet up to date.” Alexandr Conic adds: “The 500-tonne machine is the fourth Liebherr crane delivered to us this year. The LTM 1500-8.1 will mainly be used in bridge construction and in the petrochemicals industry. In some cases, customers expressly ask for this crane model as it is very popular in Russia.” The company has already had an LTM 1500-8.1 in its fleet for several years.

Family-run company M-Kran was founded in 2007 is a classic crane company. The crane rental company is based in Moscow, also has a branch office in Jekaterinburg and now has a workforce of around 100 employees. The company’s fleet comprises 40 telescopic mobile cranes, 35 of which have been supplied by Liebherr. The largest crane in the fleet is a Liebherr LR 1750 crawler crane. The main business of the company remains crane rental.
