Kobelco Crane India Company was established in August 2010 and start the production of “Made in India” crawler crane under Kobelco name in 2012. Despite the shrinking market, KCI have managed to establish a solid footprint to be the leading manufacturer for crawler crane in India during the last 2 years.
On 21 August 2014, KCI assembled their 100th machine in their Sri City plant. The chief guest, Mr. Ravindra Sannareddy, Chairman & Director of Sricity Pvt. Ltd. mentioned that it is an important milestone for KCI to roll out its 100th unit crawler crane into the market, showing KCI capability and credibility in India.
