This successful Sáez H32 self-erecting model has been updated. Two decades after the launch of this top-selling crane, the H32 is presented with a series of improvements and technological advances that once again make it one of our models at the forefront of its sector.

After its launch in 2004 and swiftly becoming a reference in the market for many self-erecting crane users, some 20 years later Saez Cranes renews this star model in its sizeable self-erecting range: the Sáez H32.

The model has undergone a radical “facelift”, taking this successful crane anew, to the next level: its performance and components have been improved, it’s been prepared for road transport and thoroughly adapted to our modern world.

In terms of its main features, the crane’s design has been optimised to make it 1.5 metres higher, without affecting the dimensions of the crane when folded. This feature is essential to make it more competitive in many international markets, where every centimetre of extra height can be decisive.

Additionally, the electrical specifications of the H32 have been improved. This magnificent crane is now capable of working in both single and three-phase versions, making it one of the most versatile cranes on the market.

The very durable but slightly outdated original stainless-steel cabinets have been replaced and upgraded with modern and aesthetically pleasing fibreglass cabinets, with an IP54 insulation rating, as well as a front-opening system that offers great protection for the crane operator, albeit from rain or strong sun.

The second fibreglass cabinet gives the Sáez H32 a bold and innovative look, while offering extra protection to the slew motor and the entire hydraulic system – pump, tank and motor and also provides storage space for the operator to leave their belongings, store technical documents, or charge the remote-control batteries.

An array of improvements and features that make it unique.

The previous frequency inverters have been replaced by new, state-of-the-art Yaskawa inverters with improved performance.

The online connection-module, via 4G-SIM card, allows our engineers to connect to the crane remotely, no matter where in the world it’s located, to provide personalised technical assistance.

new remote-control, complete with screen, allows the operator to have full control of the crane’s parameters, making their work easier and safer.

The control antenna has been placed on the outside of the control cabinet, to increase and ensure best reception.

The Zoning system is another option that the new-edition H32 offers customers.

Particularly noteworthy is that the crane’s previous motors have been replaced by the latest generation of engines, with improved performance, IP54 insulation rating, and 1:4 reduction ratio. All the motors are hooded to protect them from snow and ice, and these sturdy covers can also be used to help the riggers with general lifting tasks.

Finally, we would especially like to point out that the outriggers, the assembly ballast, the ropes and cabling and indeed all the elements of the crane in general, have been adapted to achieve a safe and compact design that allows the crane to be transported on the road with both 25 km/h and 80 km/h axles.
