Two new Konecranes Post Panamax STS cranes have been delivered to Lithuanian container terminal operator Klaipeda Smelte Terminals.
The transport is done by Finnish towing and transport company Rauma Cata Oy. They have arranged the fully assembled Post Panamax STS cranes from Szczecin to Klaipeda.
In December 2019, Rauma Cata also transported another STS crane from Konecranes to Helsinki Multi-Link Terminals. The STS has an outreach of 40m and a backreach of 20m, making it the biggest widespan STS crane ever made by Konecranes at the time of ordering.
