On November 23, 2021, the Sany Group and the Turkish lifting company Hareket Group held a grand delivery ceremony for the Sany SCC8000A crawler crane at its workshop in Izmir.
Mr Ahmet Altunkum, Chairman of Hareket Group, Mr Abdullah Altunkum, Director, Mr Engin Kuzucu, General Manager and Mr Li Wei, Deputy General Manager of International Company of Sany Crane, Mr Liu Chang, CEE General Manager of Sany Europe, Mr Yin Dian, Europe Manager of Sany Crane and dozens of others attended the delivery ceremony, and the delivery of this 800-tonne crawler crane marked the successful outcome of the first cooperation between the two sides.
Before the purchase of SCC8000A, Hareket has researched deeply about Sany cranes and held many technical meetings with the Sany team, with which Hareket was convinced by the excellent quality of Sany cranes and the professional level of the team.
Consequently, the two sides shook hands successfully, and the first purchase amount was nearly 10 million U.S. dollars, including SCC8000A, and other multiple cranes.
The delivery of the SCC8000A has refreshed the records for both sides: it is not only Hareket’s first 800-ton crane, refreshing the new peak of tonnage among its equipment; it is also Sany’s first large-tonnage crawler crane in Turkey and the pan-European region, filling another gap in this region with Chinese Manufacturing, and marking the official entry of Sany’s big tonnage crawler cranes into the European market. In the press conference after the ceremony, both sides said that they will continue to deepen cooperation with each other and look forward to achieving more results in the future.
