Spanish construction company Grupo Tudic Construcciones has taken delivery of a 125 tonne/metre Palfinger PK 165.002 TEC 7 loader crane.
With a maximum capacity of 32 tonnes, the PK 165.002 is the largest model in Palfinger’s TEC range. It features a nine section main boom, which offers a tip height of 25 metres and a radius of 20.8 metres, at which it can handle 4.9 tonnes.
A six section PJ240 articulating jib, that luffs up to 25 degrees above horizontal, takes the maximum tip height to 41 metres and the radius/outreach to 38.8 metres.
The crane was mounted on a Volvo FM 460 8×4 by Palfinger partner Furcar which also constructed the body. It has also been supplied with a two person aerial work platform attachment.
Based in Madrid, Grupo Tudic carries out a wide range of civil, industrial, commercial and urban projects and has a fleet of more than 80 construction equipment.
