Zoomlion ZAT1300V7W Load Chart PDF + Specifications

The Zoomlion ZAT1300V7W represents Zoomlion’s modern generation of mid-to-large capacity all terrain cranes, developed to meet the increasing demand for high-mobility cranes with strong telescopic boom performance and efficient transport capability. Positioned in the 130-ton lifting category, the crane combines a lightweight compact carrier with advanced lifting technologies and modular counterweight arrangements, enabling efficient deployment across a wide range of lifting applications.

The crane is fitted with a seven-section telescopic main boom fabricated from 960 MPa high-strength structural steel. The boom adopts an oval-shaped cross section that improves bending resistance while reducing self-weight and increasing lateral rigidity. The telescopic system uses a single-cylinder pinning mechanism with mechanical interlocking and sequential boom extension. The basic boom length is 12.5 m and the fully extended main boom reaches 66 m. With the optional folding lattice jib installed, maximum lifting height reaches approximately 86 m.

Zoomlion designed the jib system as a two-section folding type mounted alongside the main boom during transport. The jib is available in 10.4 m and 19 m lengths and can be installed at 0°, 20°, or 40° offsets relative to the main boom. Hydraulic cylinder-assisted offset adjustment improves setup efficiency and simplifies angle changes during assembly. An optional 8 m extension section can also be added to selected jib configurations for additional lifting height and outreach.

The ZAT1300V7W delivers a maximum rated lifting capacity of 130 tons with a maximum lifting moment of 3,190 kN·m on the basic boom and 1,811 kN·m on the fully extended boom. The crane features a maximum single-line hoisting speed of 125 m/min on the main winch and 110 m/min on the auxiliary winch. Boom luffing from minimum to maximum angle requires approximately 58 seconds, while full boom extension takes around 550 seconds. Slewing speed is continuously variable from 0 to 1.6 rpm.

The superstructure incorporates an electro-hydraulic proportional control system with computer-integrated management. The hydraulic system is an open variable-displacement system designed to minimize hydraulic losses while improving operating precision and compound motion control. Operators benefit from smooth micro-movement control, stable load handling, and efficient multifunction operation. The crane is also equipped with wireless counterweight control, automatic load moment limiting systems, anti-overhoist protection, and various hydraulic safety devices including balance valves, hydraulic locks, and relief valves.

The upper cab is constructed from a reinforced steel structure and fitted with a tilting mechanism capable of raising the cab up to 20 degrees for improved visibility during high-angle lifting work. The operator environment includes an adjustable suspension seat with headrest, adjustable control console, air conditioning with heating, pilot-operated joysticks, windshield washer systems, and integrated electronic displays. The upper structure itself is fabricated using optimized high-strength steel plate construction with scientifically arranged boom and luffing hinge points to improve structural load distribution and durability.

The crane rides on a five-axle all terrain carrier with dimensions of approximately 14.38 m long, 2.75 m wide, and 4.0 m high in transport configuration. The chassis uses a high-strength box-type frame with strong torsional resistance. Power comes from a Weichai WP12.460E50 water-cooled inline six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine compliant with Euro V emissions regulations. The engine produces 338 kW at 1900 rpm and develops a peak torque of 2110 Nm between 1000 and 1400 rpm. Power is transmitted through a Fast F12JZ22A automated manual transmission with 12 forward and 2 reverse gears.

The ZAT1300V7W features hydro-pneumatic suspension with adjustable ride height and axle load balancing functions. The suspension system supports vehicle leveling, rigid locking, flexible support, overall lifting, and single-side lifting operations. Steering is provided through a dual-circuit hydraulic steering system with emergency steering backup. Axles 1 through 4 are steerable, and the crane supports six steering modes including crab steering and rear axle lock mode for improved maneuverability in restricted spaces. The crane is fitted with 445/95R25 all terrain tires on all axles.

Travel performance is one of the crane’s major strengths. Depending on transport configuration and onboard counterweight arrangement, the crane can travel at speeds up to 80 km/h. Maximum gradeability is rated at 60%, while minimum turning diameter is approximately 15.7 m. The crane can be transported in several travel configurations ranging from 48 t to 70 t gross vehicle weight depending on installed counterweights and attachments. Full counterweight configuration reaches 31.3 t, consisting of modular fixed, upper, middle, lower, and side counterweight slabs that can be arranged according to lifting requirements.

The outrigger system uses H-type outriggers fabricated from high-strength low-alloy steel. Both fixed and extendable outrigger beams use box-section construction, while the hydraulic extension system allows full and partial extension working positions. The outrigger pads are mounted directly on the vertical cylinders and can retract during transport to maintain legal road width. Full outrigger span measures 6.9 m transversely and 7.52 m longitudinally. The design allows the crane to work efficiently in tighter job sites while maintaining lifting stability.
