Product Description
The Fuwa QUY150A crawler crane is a versatile and powerful machine built for medium-to-heavy lifting tasks, with a maximum rated capacity of 150 tonnes. The crane’s main boom can be configured from 18 to 81 meters, and it can be combined with a fly jib of up to 31 meters, reaching a total length of 112 meters. This flexibility makes the QUY150A well-suited for applications such as general construction, infrastructure development, and industrial installations.
Powered by an imported Cummins engine with an output of 209 kW at 2000 rpm, the QUY150A supports high-performance hydraulic operations, contributing to precise control and smooth lifting. The crane’s main and auxiliary winches utilize a 26 mm diameter rope, offering dual-speed operations with hoisting and lowering speeds that range from 30 to 83 m/min, depending on the layer. Additionally, the boom hoist, which uses a 20 mm diameter rope, achieves a speed of 22 m/min on the first layer.
The crane’s mobility is enhanced by a travel speed of up to 1 km/h, with a high-gradeability of 30%, enabling it to navigate rough and sloped terrains. Its swing system provides rotation speeds of up to 2 rpm, allowing for efficient maneuvering on site. The QUY150A’s ground bearing pressure is 0.093 MPa, distributing the load effectively to support stability during lifts.
Designed with durability and maintenance in mind, the QUY150A features a high-strength frame box and uses imported components from the U.S. and Germany for its power and hydraulic systems. The crane is equipped with a comprehensive set of safety devices, including over-hoist prevention for both the hook and boom, a moment limiter, and a three-color load indicator that provides real-time feedback on load conditions. Additionally, an anemometer measures wind speed, and the gradienter ensures the crane is properly leveled, further enhancing operational safety.
For transport and setup convenience, the QUY150A’s overall dimensions are 9,110 mm (L) x 3,370 mm (W) x 3,370 mm (H), and the total crane mass, including the 150t hook and basic boom, is 150.5 tonnes. The crane includes a counterweight system totaling 54.6 tonnes, which can be adjusted based on lifting requirements, providing added stability during heavy lifts.
With multiple hook block options (150, 50, 25, and 9 tonnes) and a high single-rope lifting capacity of 10.9 tonnes, the Fuwa QUY150A is adaptable to a wide range of lifting tasks, offering reliable performance and a design that emphasizes ease of maintenance and operational safety.
