Product Description
The Fuwa QUY150C crawler crane is a sophisticated machine developed to meet the demands of modern heavy lifting. With a maximum rated capacity of 150 tonnes and a peak lifting torque of 900 tonne-meters, this crane is engineered for challenging projects in industries like power generation, petrochemical, and transportation. The crane offers a main boom length of 15.2 to 81.2 meters and can be equipped with a fly jib of up to 31 meters, providing a total reach of 112.2 meters.
Powered by a Cummins QSL-9 diesel engine that produces 209 kW at 2100 rpm, the QUY150C combines strength with energy efficiency. The crane’s hydraulic system integrates imported components from global suppliers, ensuring reliable performance and durability. The machine operates with a main hoist rope ratio of 16 and provides hoisting and lowering speeds of 117 to 142 m/min, while the luffing and down speeds reach 30 m/min. It features a slewing speed of 0 to 2.3 rpm, enabling smooth rotation for precise load placement, and a travel speed range of 0.6 to 1.25 km/h, making it capable of navigating varied job sites with a gradeability of 30%.
For enhanced safety and ease of operation, the QUY150C is equipped with a dynamic moment limiter featuring a six-inch digital display, which provides real-time data and alarms to ensure safe lifting operations. The three-color load indicator alerts operators to load conditions, while the crane’s ergonomic cab, built to international human engineering standards, offers comfort and visibility. The crane’s semi-open platform facilitates easy access for maintenance and inspection, further enhancing operational efficiency.
The crane’s robust structure includes undercarriage and side frames connected by drive pins and fixed pins, with internal-mounted reducers on the main and auxiliary hoists, as well as the boom hoist. It has a ground bearing pressure of 0.092 MPa to 0.096 MPa, and a total machine weight ranging between 152 to 165 tonnes, depending on configuration. The counterweight system, totaling 66 tonnes, ensures stability and balance during lifts.
With its high-strength frame box jointing structure and a range of optional jib configurations, the QUY150C offers versatility and adaptability for various lifting needs. Its design reflects Fuwa’s commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology and operator-friendly features, making the QUY150C a valuable asset for large-scale construction and industrial projects.
