Grove GCD25 Debut in North America

GCD25 is the first Tier 4 compliant carry deck crane which is available to the North American market immediately. It features a Cummins QSB4.5L Tier 4 Final engine.

Grove is refreshing their line of carrying deck crane, rolling out a new generation of Tier 4 Final machines that comply with North American emission standards.

The model numbers of the new cranes form the carry deck line will begin with GCD, short formed for “Grove Carry Deck“. A number that represents the capacity of the crane in US tons will follow. GCD25 features a best-in-class, four-section 71-foot boom, with an optional 17-foot boom extension. It has four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering capabilities. A four-position pivoting beam head enables the crane to work in places that require low head clearance. Weighing only 22 US ton (45,465 pounds), transport of GCD25 is ease. It’s out and down outriggers can be set up in several distinct modes to meet a wide variety of job site requirements. The maximum tip height on the crane is 95 feet.
