Palfinger has acquired its German sales and service partner TSK Kran und Wechselsysteme, which operates from Duisburg, in the Rhine Ruhr region. The deal also includes the company’s paint spraying division TSR Lacktechnik.

Established in the early 1990s, TSK has been a sales and service provider for Palfinger’s range of loader cranes, skip loaders and transportable forklifts throughout the Ruhr area for more than 20 years.

The company also repairs and services hydraulic equipment as well as provides spare parts. In January, it will become Palfinger’s central sales and service location for the region with current company managing director Matthias Köppen heading the operation.

Palfinger chief executive Andreas Klauser said: “Participating in our long-standing partner is an important step towards providing our customers in the Rhine Ruhr region and ‘the three-country corner’ with even more intensive and comprehensive support and emphasises the importance of the German market – in line with our brand promise: ‘Creating value together’.”
