The Demag AC 80-1 exemplifies the fusion of strength, efficiency, and mobility in the 80-ton all-terrain crane class. It’s constructed around a monobox main frame integrated with hydraulic outrigger boxes, delivering a rigid and durable base ideal for demanding lifts. The crane cab is ergonomically designed for comfort and visibility. It features an all-steel construction, sliding doors, large fold-out windscreen and windows, and complete instrumentation for operating all crane functions. Heating, programmable timers, and wiper systems are integrated for enhanced all-weather operability.

Electronic systems are integrated into the crane through a digital load indicator and Demag’s signature hydraulic servo control system, ensuring precise command over crane motions, pressure regulation, and safety operations.
