Specifications
- Side-to-side suspension tilts up to 4 degrees.
- Auto-lubrication system on both upper and carrier frames
- “All temperature” hydraulic oil, lubrication and anti-freeze packages as standard
- Cameras connected to the carrier’s cabin to allow the operator to have a view while reversing or view of right side of the carrier when making a right turn.
- Addition of boom dolly to carry 39,000 lbs (17 ton) counterweight without exceeding 20,000 lbs (9 ton) per axle.

Upgrade of Emission of Engines and Features
In 2016, the HTC-3140 and its long boom model HTC-3140LB will receive upgrades along with improved emissions standard. The 581 hp (434 kW) carrier engine is upgraded to match EPA 2013 -on-highway requirements while the 250 hp (186 kW) upper structure engine moves to off-highway Tier 4f Stage IV while maintaining it twin engine platform.
