Product Description
The Sany SCC2000A crawler crane is engineered for reliable and efficient lifting operations, with a maximum lifting capacity of 200 tons and a rated lifting moment of 1152 t·m. The crane’s main boom can extend from 16 to 85 meters, providing the flexibility needed to tackle a wide range of heavy-duty applications. Its fixed jib configuration offers lengths between 13 to 31 meters, enabling a combined main boom and fixed jib reach of up to 73+31 meters, supporting a maximum load of 36 tons. Additionally, the variable luffing jib extends from 22 to 58 meters, allowing the crane to achieve a reach of 58+58 meters, with a maximum lifting capacity of 63 tons.
The SCC2000A is powered by a Cummins QSL8.9-C325 engine, which is a 4-stroke, water-cooled, in-line 6-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 8.9L. The engine produces 242 kW at 2100 rpm and an operating power of 234 kW at 1800 rpm. It delivers a maximum torque of 1385 N·m at 1500 rpm, ensuring that the crane has the power required to handle tough lifting jobs. The engine complies with European Off-road Tier III and Chinese Off-way Tier III emission standards, providing both power and environmental efficiency.
The crane’s operating speeds are designed for optimal performance, with main and auxiliary load hoist speeds of up to 130 m/min and boom/jib hoist speeds of up to 46 m/min. The slewing speed is 0 to 1.3 rpm, and the travel speed ranges from 0 to 1 km/h, ensuring smooth and precise movements on the job site. The SCC2000A is built to handle tough terrains with a 30% gradeability, supported by an average ground bearing pressure of 0.118 MPa.
For ease of transport, the crane’s maximum transport weight is 45 tons, and its transport dimensions are 17500 × 3000 × 3250 mm, making it manageable for site relocation. With its robust performance characteristics, including high lifting capacities and versatile configurations, the Sany SCC2000A is well-suited for large-scale construction, infrastructure development, and other heavy-duty lifting requirements.
