Kobelco Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (or KCM), of Tokyo, Japan and Australian Crane & Machinery Pty., Ltd. (or ACM), of Melbourne in Australia have mutually agreed to terminate their dealership agreement covering Kobelco-branded cranes in the Oceania region as of December 31, 2019.
At this time, Kobelco is preparing to appoint a new dealer in the Oceania region which will be released in the further notice.
Until the official appointment of a new dealer, Kobelco and ACM will cooperate with each other through the next several weeks to continue to provide Kobelco customers with the high level of technical support and parts supply that their end-users expect and to minimize any disruptions for owners of Kobelco cranes.
It is expected their new sales and product support dealer on-board and serving Kobelco crane users throughout the Oceania region from 1st February 2020 onwards.
