New battery-powered SCC2000A-EV crawler crane offers 200-ton capacity, 119 m system length, and up to 8 hours of zero-emission runtime

At bauma 2025, SANY will present a wide range of cranes tailored specifically for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), including a major highlight: the fully electric SCC2000A-EV crawler crane. The lineup—on display at Outdoor Stand FN 619—includes an all-terrain model, a rough-terrain crane, and a mobile battery pack designed to ensure autonomous operation for electric construction equipment.

SANY, which entered the DACH crane market in 2024, is emphasizing not only product quality but also localized service, in a region known for its stringent standards and infrastructure requirements.

SCC2000A-EV: A 200-Tonne Fully Electric Crawler Crane

Quiet, emission-free, and built for sensitive environments, the SCC2000A-EV is a lattice boom crawler crane capable of up to 8 hours of operation on a full charge. The unit can be charged via standard connections starting at 10 kW or using a quick-charging interface.

  • Max capacity: 200 tonnes
  • Max system length: 119 meters (configurable)
  • Power source: High-capacity battery, rechargeable with mains or rapid charging
  • Application: Urban, city center, or zero-emission sites

SAC1200E All-Terrain Crane: Twin-Engine Efficiency and Optimized Ergonomics

The SAC1200E, with a 120-tonne capacity and 66-meter jib (91-meter lifting height), has been adapted to meet the specific demands of European contractors.

  • Twin-engine design for reduced fuel consumption
  • New ergonomic cab for operator comfort
  • Automatic ballast setup and radio remote control
  • Variable stabilizer for confined site work
  • Integrated ballast detection system for operational safety

SRE450N Rough Terrain Crane: Compact and Capable

With a compact transport width under 2.55 meters, the SRE450N is engineered for mobility on large job sites.

  • Max capacity: 45 tonnes
  • Jib length: 37.4 meters (up to 48 meters with extension)
  • Optimized cab design for Europe
  • Standard radio remote control
  • Capable of traveling with a load on the hook

SPL210 Battery Power Pack: Power Autonomy Anywhere

To support electric operations, SANY introduces the SPL210, a mobile 210 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack. It enables emission-free work even in areas with limited power infrastructure.

  • Battery type: CATL high-security LiFePO4
  • Application: Compatible with SANY cranes, e-excavators, and other machinery
  • Function: Off-grid energy supply for large job sites

Local Support, Global Vision

SANY’s focus on the DACH region includes a sales and service network headquartered in Bedburg, near Cologne. The site also functions as a logistics and production hub for European customization and rapid delivery.

“Our aim is to impress customers not only with innovative machines, but also with partnership-based support—from consulting to maintenance,” said Christian Strasser, Head of Sales DACH at SANY.
