Product Description

The Fuwa FCC250 is a highly versatile and powerful crawler crane designed to handle complex lifting operations with a maximum rated load capacity of 250 tons. This crane is powered by a Cummins QSL9 engine, which delivers 246 kW at 2100 rpm, ensuring ample power to support its various operations. The hydraulic system is built with advanced load feedback technology, allowing the crane to efficiently control multiple operations like hoisting, slewing, and traveling simultaneously.

The FCC250’s main boom comes in two configurations: a standard length of 72.2 meters and an optional light-duty boom that can extend up to 90.8 meters, offering flexibility for different construction scenarios. In addition, the crane includes a luffing jib that ranges from 22 to 61 meters in length, providing extended reach and lifting versatility. The maximum rated load capacity of the luffing jib is 61 tons, making the FCC250 suitable for large-scale projects such as infrastructure development, energy, and heavy industry applications.

For operational precision, the crane offers a variety of hook blocks ranging from 13.5 to 250 tons, adaptable to different lifting requirements. The hoisting speed can reach up to 136 m/min, derricking speed is 56 m/min, and slewing speed is 1.7 r/min, ensuring efficient material handling on site. The crane also features a robust dragrope winch with a 240-meter rope length and an auxiliary hoist winch that operates with a 320-meter rope length, further enhancing its lifting capacity and flexibility.

The undercarriage is built to withstand heavy-duty operations, featuring welded steel plates in a high-strength X-structure design, complemented by a wide track frame. The track rollers, 120 on each side, provide excellent ground support, and the tension state of the track shoes can be easily adjusted by a hydraulic jack for ideal tensioning and stability. The crane’s gradeability is rated at 30% (17°), and its travel speed ranges from 0.8 to 1.2 km/h.

The operator’s cabin is designed for comfort and safety, offering a panoramic view with adjustable seating, air conditioning, and advanced electronic controls. The cabin is equipped with large-screen monitors that provide real-time data on crane operations, including load moment, swing position, and hoisting limits. Additionally, the cabin can pivot and tilt by up to 20° to enhance the operator’s visibility during lifting operations.

Safety is a core feature of the FCC250. The crane includes essential safety systems such as the electric monitoring system with troubleshooting capabilities, moment limiters, and precise load control systems that comply with international safety standards. The crane’s counterweight system includes 86.7 tons of total weight, with each block modularly designed for ease of assembly and disassembly during transport.

Overall, the Fuwa FCC250 crawler crane is a highly reliable and adaptable machine, engineered to meet the demands of large-scale lifting projects. Its combination of power, flexibility, and safety features makes it a valuable asset in construction, heavy engineering, and industrial applications.
