Product Description
The Kobelco 7200-2F is a robust and highly versatile 200-ton class crawler crane, designed for demanding lifting operations. Its strong lattice boom provides a main boom length between 18.3 meters and 73.2 meters, while the luffing tower jib configuration extends up to 91.4 meters for enhanced lifting flexibility. With a maximum lifting moment of 200 tons at 5.0 meters, the 7200-2F offers exceptional load handling capabilities.
The 7200-2F is built for efficient operation, featuring dual winches with variable displacement piston motors and planetary reducers, ensuring smooth and powerful hoisting performance. Both the main and auxiliary winches operate at speeds ranging from 110 m/min to 3 m/min, optimizing lifting precision and operational efficiency. The luffing boom system enables controlled lifting movements with speeds of 26 m/min × 2, ensuring stable and safe boom positioning.
For slewing and mobility, the crane is equipped with a slewing speed of 2.2 rpm, allowing for smooth rotational movements. Its travel speed reaches up to 1.1 km/h, with a reduced speed mode of 0.7 km/h for enhanced stability on rough terrains. The crawler undercarriage is designed for strong ground adaptability, with a ground pressure of 114 kPa (1.16 kgf/cm²) and a climbing ability of 30% (16.7°), making it suitable for challenging site conditions.
The Hino P11C engine, delivering 247 kW at 2000 rpm, provides reliable power output, ensuring steady performance under heavy loads. The crane utilizes heavy-duty wire ropes, with Φ28 mm ropes for the main and auxiliary winches, and Φ22 mm ropes for the boom and third hoisting line, ensuring durability and resistance to wear and tear.
For safety and efficiency, the 7200-2F incorporates a high-precision load monitoring system, advanced hydraulic control technology, and operator-friendly controls. The crane’s design prioritizes stability, smooth lifting operations, and reliability, making it an ideal choice for large-scale infrastructure, industrial, and heavy construction projects.
