Mobile Mini UK appoints new Operations Director

Mobile Mini Uk Phil Hughes

Loader crane, secure storage and portable accommodation operator Mobile Mini UK have appointed Phil Hughes as operations director.

Hughes joined Mobile Mini UK in 2017 as southern regional director following 18 years with international modular building specialist Elliott, where he spent the final two years as operations director in the UK. As well as handling the operational side of the business, Hughes will also be responsible for looking at development opportunities for the company which may include organic growth, acquisitions and geographical expansion.

Hughes said: “It is a real privilege to be appointed UK operations director for Mobile Mini. It is a great company and I have an amazing team around me that make every day successful. We made some changes to our structure at the end of last year which will really take us to the next level when it comes to customer excellence and builds on our already world-class service. We don’t want to settle for just being great – we want to be extraordinary. Having worked in many of the positions I now manage, I believe I have the knowledge and ability to drive the business forward to where we want to be. We have the vision to double in size over the next five years, and I firmly believe we have the ability to do so.”
