Product Description

The SANY SAC1000 is a robust 100-ton class all-terrain crane engineered for high performance in both urban and off-road environments. It is equipped with a 7-section single-cylinder pinning U-type boom, extending up to 63 meters, with a maximum lifting height of 91 meters when paired with the 15.5-meter jib and optional 12-meter standard jib extension. This configuration provides flexible lifting capabilities across a broad range of working radii and heights.

Built on a five-axle all-terrain chassis, the SAC1000 features an advanced drive and steering system with standard 10x6x10 drive/steering, and optional 10x8x10, giving it full-wheel drive and multi-mode steering. It boasts excellent mobility with a top travel speed of 85 km/h, a tight turning radius under 9 meters, and a maximum gradeability of 65%, making it highly adaptable for construction in tight or inclined spaces.

The crane is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM502LA350 engine, delivering 350 kW at 1800 rpm and torque of 2300 Nm at 1080 rpm, mated to a ZF 12-speed automatic transmission. The crane’s fully loaded travel weight is 50 tons, with 10-ton axle loads, allowing it to travel under road regulations without requiring major disassembly. It also supports a 60-ton travel configuration when carrying additional equipment such as counterweights and auxiliary winches.

Performance-wise, the SAC1000 achieves a maximum lifting moment of 3850 kN·m on the base boom and 1320 kN·m with the boom + jib combination. The slewing system offers a maximum rotation speed of 2 rpm, and hoisting speeds for both main and auxiliary winches reach up to 130 m/min (unloaded). The boom can extend and retract in 450/440 seconds, with raising and lowering taking 60 and 110 seconds respectively.

The crane’s H-shaped outrigger system provides a stable foundation with a 7.6-meter lateral spread, enhancing load stability, especially for frontal lifting tasks. Intelligent systems such as dual-pump intelligent flow division and merging, load moment limiter, and multi-language voice alarms enhance operation efficiency and safety. The operator interface includes a panoramic cab with wide visibility, ergonomic controls, and real-time performance data via a color display.

Additional features include an emergency power interface, advanced diagnostic tools, and high-precision sensors (including load, angle, and length sensors), ensuring both safety and operational ease. The SAC1000 is also designed for fuel efficiency, with an average consumption of 65L per 100 km, enabled by optimized engine management and hydraulic load-sensing systems.
