Product Description
The Sany SAC2000T8 mobile crane boasts a maximum lifting capacity of 200 tons, with an 85.5-meter oval-shaped boom composed of 8 sections and a standard 18-meter jib. The jib is offsettable at 0°/15°/30° angles, and its length can be extended up to 34 meters, enhancing the crane’s operational flexibility and reach.
Engine and Performance
This crane features a dual engine configuration, with a Cummins QS6.7-C260 engine for the superstructure and a Mercedes-Benz OM460LA.E3A engine for the chassis, both adhering to EU Stage IIIA emission standards. This setup reduces fuel consumption by 30% compared to single-engine systems, highlighting its efficiency. The chassis is equipped with a ZF transmission system that includes 12 forward and 2 reverse speeds, optimized with a hydraulic retarder for better control and reduced wear.
Chassis and Mobility
Built on a 5-axle all-terrain carrier, the SAC2000T8 uses Hande axles with disc brakes and features H-type outriggers and hydro-pneumatic suspension. It supports six steering modes and offers a minimum steering radius of 10 meters. The crane’s advanced mobility is designed to handle challenging terrains and tight spaces effectively.
Hydraulic and Control Systems
The crane employs independent hydraulic systems for the crane operations and the chassis, which includes variable piston pumps and dedicated slewing and auxiliary pumps. This design ensures enhanced maneuverability and more precise control of crane movements. Additionally, IP67-rated cable wiring for the superstructure ensures high reliability and ease of maintenance.
Operator and Safety Features
The operator’s cabin is equipped with state-of-the-art control systems for efficient management of all crane functions, including one-key leveling of outriggers, automatic suspension adjustments, and remote power control. Safety features include extensive lighting options for the superstructure, enhancing visibility and safety during night operations.
