Product Description
The XCMG XCA300H is a high-performance 300-ton all-terrain crane engineered for heavy lifting tasks across construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects. It is equipped with an 8-section “U”-shaped main boom that extends from 13.8 meters to a maximum of 82 meters, providing superior reach and lifting capabilities. The boom features a telescopic hydraulic mechanism with safety valves, allowing for precise control over each section’s extension. Multiple extension modes are available, giving operators the flexibility to adapt to different job requirements.
The crane’s auxiliary boom system offers a range of configurations for enhanced versatility. The jib design allows for installation at three different angles: 0°, 20°, and 40°, enabling varied lifting scenarios. There are eight main auxiliary jib configurations (ranging from 12 to 40 meters) and nine superlift configurations (from 16 to 44 meters), along with optional 4-meter and 8-meter boom extensions. This modular design allows the XCA300H to handle a wide range of complex lifting operations, from tight spaces to high-reach tasks.
The crane is built on a robust chassis featuring XCMG’s integrated design, using high-strength steel for enhanced durability. The chassis design includes a full-coverage platform with anti-twist features and superior load-bearing capabilities. It has a six-axle configuration with 10 large 445/95R25 tires and an additional 385/95R25 spare, providing stability and even load distribution during operation. All axles are equipped with air suspension systems, allowing for smooth rides, adjustable height, and improved maneuverability. The crane has a minimum turning diameter of 24 meters, ensuring excellent handling on job sites.
Powering the XCA300H is a WP13.530E501 diesel engine, which delivers a rated output of 390 kW at 1900 rpm and a maximum torque of 2500 Nm between 1000 and 1400 rpm. It complies with European V emission standards and is paired with a ZF automatic transmission featuring 12 forward and 2 reverse gears, providing seamless power delivery. The hydraulic system is directly connected to the engine’s PTO, driving components such as the boom, slewing mechanism, and outriggers. This system uses a load-sensitive design for efficient and precise hydraulic power distribution.
The crane’s control and operation are enhanced by advanced safety and automation features. The cab is ergonomically designed with a floating connection structure, providing comfort during extended use. It includes adjustable seating, a tiltable door, and safety features like high-strength glass and anti-slip steps. The cab is equipped with a large display for real-time data monitoring and control, ensuring operators have a clear view of all essential parameters. The crane also features automatic load monitoring, intelligent winch operation, and real-time diagnostic systems to ensure safe and smooth operations.
The XCA300H uses a double-winching system powered by hydraulic motors, allowing for precise lifting and lowering. It is equipped with advanced automatic rope ordering technology that ensures smooth and orderly winch operations. The slewing mechanism can operate continuously over 360°, with precise control over speed and position. For convenience, the crane includes a remote control system, allowing operators to manage assembly and lifting operations from a distance, thus improving efficiency and safety.
In terms of transportation and site adaptability, the XCA300H is designed for easy setup and breakdown. The crane can carry up to 90 tons of counterweights, organized into modular sections (10×6 tons, 9×2 tons, and 6×2 tons), which are easy to assemble and disassemble on-site. This modular counterweight design allows for flexible load distribution and enhances the crane’s stability during operation.
Overall, the XCMG XCA300H combines robust engineering with intelligent control systems to deliver outstanding lifting performance. Its versatile configurations, high-capacity hydraulic systems, and advanced safety features make it a reliable choice for large-scale lifting operations across diverse industrial settings.
