Product Description

The Zoomlion ZAT2000 is a high-capacity all-terrain crane with a maximum rated lifting capacity of 200,000 kg (200 tons). Engineered for robust and efficient performance, this crane is suitable for various heavy lifting tasks in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects. The main boom has a length range from 13.4 meters to 72 meters, providing significant vertical reach, while the crane can be equipped with a jib that extends from 12 to 28 meters, and up to 36 meters when using optional extensions. This flexibility makes the ZAT2000 capable of handling complex lifting operations that require extended reach or specific positioning.

The crane’s performance is characterized by a maximum load moment of 6664 kNm, ensuring the ability to lift heavy loads with stability even at extended boom lengths. The main winch can operate at a hoist rope speed of 120 meters per minute, while the auxiliary winch achieves 70 meters per minute, allowing for efficient and smooth lifting operations. The boom can be extended in approximately 12 minutes, and it has a boom derricking time of 97 seconds, ensuring quick setup and adjustments on-site. The slewing system offers a speed range from 0 to 1.4 revolutions per minute, providing precise control during lifting maneuvers.

The ZAT2000 is built on a durable chassis that can travel at a maximum speed of 75 km/h, facilitating fast and efficient transport between job sites. With a gradeability of 40%, it can handle steep inclines, and a minimum turning diameter of 20 meters ensures it can maneuver effectively in confined spaces. The crane’s ground clearance is 305 mm, which, along with a stable braking system, enhances its ability to navigate uneven or rough terrain. It is designed to operate efficiently at elevations up to 2000 meters above sea level.

In terms of fuel efficiency, the ZAT2000 consumes 78 liters per 100 kilometers, balancing power and operational cost-effectiveness. The crane’s overall dimensions are 15,660 mm in length, 3,000 mm in width, and 4,000 mm in height, providing a compact yet stable structure for lifting. For increased stability during operation, the outrigger spread is 8.9 meters lengthwise and 8.3 meters widthwise, ensuring a solid base when lifting heavy loads.

The crane’s boom can be adjusted within a range of -0.5° to 83°, allowing for flexible positioning and precision in different scenarios. The jib offers offset angles of 0°, 15°, and 30°, which can be set to suit specific lifting needs. Additionally, the ZAT2000 is powered by a WP13.530E40 engine, which delivers a maximum rated power of 390 kW at 2100 rpm and a net power output of 385 kW at 2100 rpm. The engine generates a maximum torque of 2220 Nm at 1200-1500 rpm, ensuring strong and consistent performance. It conforms to GB3847-2005 and GB17691-2005 (National Stage IV) emission standards, meeting modern environmental regulations.

Overall, the Zoomlion ZAT2000 stands out as a powerful, efficient, and versatile all-terrain crane. Its combination of a strong engine, extensive reach, and flexible configurations makes it suitable for a broad range of applications, from construction projects to heavy industrial lifting tasks. Its design ensures both ease of transport and stability on the job site, making it a reliable choice for operators who require high performance and adaptability.
