Fuwa FCC250

The Fuwa FCC250 is a highly versatile and powerful crawler crane designed to handle complex lifting operations with a maximum rated load capacity of 250 tons. This crane is powered by a Cummins QSL9 engine, which delivers 246 kW at 2100 rpm, ensuring ample power to support its various operations. The hydraulic system is built with advanced load feedback technology, allowing the crane to efficiently control multiple operations like hoisting, slewing, and traveling simultaneously.

The FCC250’s main boom comes in two configurations: a standard length of 72.2 meters and an optional light-duty boom that can extend up to 90.8 meters, offering flexibility for different construction scenarios. In addition, the crane includes a luffing jib that ranges from 22 to 61 meters in length, providing extended reach and lifting versatility. The operator’s cabin is designed for comfort and safety, offering a panoramic view with adjustable seating, air conditioning, and advanced electronic controls. The cabin is equipped with large-screen monitors that provide real-time data on crane operations, including load moment, swing position, and hoisting limits. Additionally, the cabin can pivot and tilt by up to 20° to enhance the operator’s visibility during lifting operations.
