Product Description
The Fuwa QUY35 crawler crane is a compact and efficient crane, ideal for projects requiring moderate lifting capabilities. With a maximum lifting capacity of 35 tonnes, it is well-suited for light to medium-duty applications in construction, utility installation, and general industrial work. The crane offers a flexible main boom configuration ranging from 10 to 40 meters. For additional reach, a fixed jib is available, extending from 6.1 to 15.25 meters, which provides a total boom and jib combination length of 46.25 meters.
Powered by a Cummins D6114ZG2B diesel engine delivering 128 kW at 2000 rpm, the QUY35 combines fuel efficiency with reliable performance. The crane’s hydraulic system offers responsive control over hoisting, lowering, and boom positioning, with hoisting and lowering speeds of up to 62 m/min on high speed and 31 m/min on low speed using a 20 mm diameter rope. The boom hoist achieves a speed of 64 m/min with a 14 mm rope, ensuring precise load control. The crane’s swing system operates at 3.7 rpm, providing efficient 360-degree rotation for load placement.
The QUY35 is built for maneuverability, with a travel speed of up to 1.34 km/h and a gradeability of 40%, allowing it to operate on uneven terrains. It features a ground bearing pressure of 0.054 MPa, supporting stability during lifts, while the total machine weight is 38 tonnes, including the 35t hook block and basic boom configuration. The counterweight totals 12.1 tonnes, which ensures balance and stability for safe lifting operations.
Safety is a key focus for the QUY35. The crane is equipped with a range of safety devices, including hook and boom over-hoist prevention, a moment limiter with an alarm system, and braking systems on the main and auxiliary winches. Angle sensors and an angle scale monitor boom positioning, while a buzzer provides audible alerts for boom and winch limits. These features help ensure secure operation and prevent overloading.
The QUY35’s undercarriage is designed for ease of transport and assembly, with retractable track frames and adjustable track shoes. Each track shoe is 760 mm wide, offering substantial traction and stability on different surfaces. The cab is compact yet comfortable, equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning and electronic monitoring systems for operational control and safety.
With options for various hook blocks (35, 15, and 6 tonnes), the Fuwa QUY35 offers adaptability to different lifting tasks. Its lightweight design and efficient self-load/unload system make it convenient for transport, setup, and breakdown, making it an ideal choice for projects that require a versatile, reliable crane with a smaller footprint.
