Product Description

The Kobelco 7035 is a 35-ton hydraulic crawler crane engineered for versatile construction applications. With a maximum lifting capacity of 35 metric tons at a 3.7-meter radius, the crane offers a boom length up to 39.62 meters and an optional jib that extends total reach to 45.72 meters. The crane uses a welded lattice boom and jib design for enhanced durability and strength.

Powered by a Mitsubishi 6D15T water-cooled, 6-cylinder diesel engine producing 155 PS (114 kW) at 2,150 rpm, the crane achieves a max torque of 58 kgm at 1,600 rpm. Its fuel tank holds 280 liters, and its fuel consumption is rated at 162 g/PS·h. The hydraulic system includes three variable plunger pumps and one gear pump, providing 290 kg/cm² for the load hoist and boom circuits.

The load hoisting system is powered by dual independent hydraulic motors operating tandem drums through planetary reducers. Hoisting and lowering speeds reach up to 70 m/min. The crane supports both single-drum and tandem-drum operation. Standard line pull is 16 tons per drum.

The swing system uses a hydraulic plunger motor with a max swing speed of 3.7 rpm and is supported by a two-position pin-in-hole lock. For control, the operator cab is fully enclosed and equipped with ergonomic seating, a full set of gauges, and standard safety features like load monitors, brake alarms, and various status indicators.

The Kobelco 7035’s undercarriage includes a steel-welded carbody with 60 crawler shoes per side, each 760 mm wide, providing a travel speed of 1.6 km/h and a 40% gradeability. The crawler tracks can hydraulically retract or extend for transport or site work.

The crane has a working weight of 38,000 kg (with a 9.14 m boom, 35t hook block, and counterweights) and exerts a ground pressure of 0.54 kg/cm². This combination of strength, flexibility, and operator-focused control makes the 7035 an excellent crane for site lifting, clamshell operations, and vibrohammer applications.
