Product Description
The Fuwa QUY50C crawler crane is a versatile machine built for light to medium lifting tasks, with a rated lifting capacity of 50 tonnes. This crane supports a main boom length from 13 to 52 meters, and when equipped with an optional fly jib extending from 9.15 to 15.25 meters, it achieves a maximum reach of 67.25 meters. The QUY50C is ideal for construction, utility projects, and other industrial applications that require a compact and adaptable lifting solution.
Powered by a 127 kW engine operating at 2000 rpm, the QUY50C offers efficient power for its advanced hydraulic system. The crane’s main winch, equipped with a 20 mm rope, operates at speeds of up to 80 m/min on high speed and 40 m/min on low speed, while the auxiliary winch provides similar performance, reaching 90 m/min on high and 45 m/min on low. The boom hoist, using a 16 mm diameter rope, can raise and lower at a speed of 52 m/min. The crane’s swing system has a rotation speed of 3.2 rpm, allowing for precise load positioning, and it travels at speeds up to 1.3 km/h, providing mobility across job sites.
The QUY50C’s undercarriage features telescopic track frames that simplify transportation and setup, enhancing its adaptability on-site. The machine has a gradeability of 40%, enabling it to operate on slopes and uneven terrain effectively, and a ground bearing pressure of 0.069 MPa, ensuring stability on various ground conditions. Its overall weight with the basic boom and 55-tonne hook is 50 tonnes, and it includes a counterweight of 17.5 tonnes for added stability during lifts.
For safety and ease of operation, the crane is equipped with a range of features, including hook and boom over-hoist prevention devices, a moment limiter that monitors load conditions, and an automatic braking system on both main and auxiliary winches. The cab is designed for operator comfort, featuring air conditioning, ergonomic controls, and large monitors for real-time feedback on operational parameters. The swing radius of 4050 mm supports efficient movement within confined spaces.
The QUY50C also includes various hook block options (55, 35, 15, and 6 tonnes), offering flexibility for different lifting scenarios. With transport dimensions of 7050 mm (L) x 3300 mm (W) x 3440 mm (H), the crane is designed for easy mobility between sites. Its components, imported from leading manufacturers in the U.S. and Germany, enhance reliability and performance, while a unique swing float function helps reduce wear and improve operational stability.
Overall, the Fuwa QUY50C is a reliable choice for projects requiring moderate lifting capabilities, efficient transport, and a range of configuration options to meet diverse project needs. Its combination of power, safety features, and ease of use makes it a practical addition to any job site requiring a compact and capable crawler crane.
