Sany SCC1000C

The Sany SCC1000C crawler crane is engineered for heavy lifting operations, providing a maximum rated lifting capacity of 100 tons and a rated lifting moment of 556 t·m. The crane’s boom length ranges from 18 to 72 meters, enabling it to handle a wide range of lifting tasks. The boom can be angled from 30° to 80°, allowing for flexible operation across various job site requirements. When used with the jib, the crane’s total reach extends up to 107 meters (60 + 25 + 19 meters).

The crane’s fixed jib can be adjusted to an included angle of 15° or 30° with the main boom, further enhancing lifting versatility. The working speeds of the crane are notable, with the main and auxiliary winch rope reaching speeds up to 110 meters per minute, and the luffing winch operating at speeds of up to 73 meters per minute. The crane’s slewing speed ranges from 0 to 1.9 rpm, providing precise rotation control.

For mobility, the SCC1000C supports travel speeds of 1.0 km/h on flat terrain and 0.68 km/h on inclined surfaces, with a gradeability of 30%. The ground pressure exerted by the crane with the basic boom is 0.085 MPa, ensuring stability during operations.

Powering the crane is a 183 kW engine, which operates at 2000 rpm, delivering reliable performance across various lifting scenarios. The transportation of the SCC1000C is also well-optimized, with the maximum transport weight of a single piece being 43.5 tons, and the crane’s transport dimensions measuring 9500 x 3400 x 3200 mm.
