Product Description

The XCMG QUY350 crawler crane delivers a maximum lifting capacity of 350 tonnes and is capable of achieving a maximum load moment of 4,900 tonne-metres in SL (Superlift) configuration or 2,370 tonne-metres in standard mode. Its boom system includes a heavy-duty main boom ranging from 24 to 84 metres and a light-duty boom that can be extended from 42 to 102 metres. A fixed jib with a length of 12 to 36 metres or a tower jib of 24 to 72 metres further enhances its versatility. In SL mode, the heavy boom extends from 36 to 84 metres and the light boom from 78 to 120 metres.

The crane achieves a maximum single-line hoist speed of 130 m/min, while the boom luffing winch can reach up to 2×44 m/min. Tower jib luffing winch and SL winch speeds are both rated at 110 m/min. The maximum slewing speed is 1.1 r/min, and the travel speed is 1.3 km/h, allowing controlled movement across job sites.

Powered by a 310 kW engine, the QUY350 balances performance and fuel efficiency. The ground pressure is rated at 0.13 MPa. Its total machine weight in standard 24-metre boom configuration with a 350t hook block is 325 tonnes. For transport, the heaviest single unit weighs 55 tonnes, with a transport dimension of approximately 10.36 × 3.4 × 3.0 metres (L×W×H).

The crane integrates an advanced hydraulic system with open and closed-loop circuits, PLC control, variable displacement pumps, and safety components such as load moment limiters and emergency functions. Its three-row roller slewing bearing system ensures stability and smooth 360° rotation.

A modern operator’s cab equipped with monitoring systems, air conditioning, ergonomic controls, and safety indicators enhances operational comfort and visibility. Additional safety features include a tricolor warning lamp, boom angle limit switch, and auxiliary winch protection.

The QUY350 is well-suited for power plant construction, petrochemical installations, and large-scale infrastructure projects where heavy and precise lifting is required.
