Product Description
The XCMG XCA350 is a robust 350-ton all-terrain crane engineered to handle demanding lifting tasks. Its six-section telescopic boom extends up to 70 meters, offering substantial reach and flexibility for various lifting operations. Additionally, an optional dedicated 8-meter wind power jib is available, specifically designed for maintaining wind turbines with capacities of 1.5MW to 2.0MW. The maximum lifting height reaches 125 meters, and the crane’s working radius extends up to 90 meters, making it suitable for large-scale projects.
In terms of performance, the XCA350 excels with advanced features that enhance operational efficiency. The crane is equipped with a dual-variable hydraulic system that allows smooth, precise control over movements, including hoisting with a minimum lifting speed of 2.5m/min and slewing at a fine resolution of 0.1°/s. The intelligent crane boom technology, coupled with adaptive load detection and driving control systems, contributes to safer and more efficient operations.
For mobility, the crane supports all-axle steering, and the third and fourth axles are steerable, enabling enhanced maneuverability. It can transition seamlessly across various terrains, including urban, off-road, and highway conditions, ensuring adaptability to different project sites. The machine’s design incorporates features for convenient assembly and disassembly, such as a self-disassembly system for the superlift device and counterweights, which increases assembly efficiency by 16% compared to similar models.
The XCA350 prioritizes safety with features like axle load monitoring, which alerts operators when the load limit is reached, and sophisticated braking systems that reduce stopping distances. The crane’s ergonomic design extends to the cabin, featuring a dynamic control interface with CANBus technology and integrated displays for improved operational comfort.
Additionally, counterweight handling is made efficient through a modular stacking system, and superlift assembly is streamlined with fixed-length tensioning. The crane’s overall construction uses lightweight materials for enhanced stability and reduced transportation weight, allowing for easier travel to and from job sites.
