Product Description
The Fuwa QUY100A crawler crane is designed for medium-duty lifting, with a rated lifting capacity of 100 tonnes and a maximum load moment of 550 tonne-meters. This crane features a main boom that can extend from 16 to 73 meters, with an optional fixed jib that adds up to 25 meters, enabling a total reach of up to 98 meters. This configuration flexibility makes it suitable for a variety of construction and industrial projects that require moderate lift heights and capacities.
The QUY100A is powered by a Cummins QSL-9 engine that delivers 209 kW at 2000 rpm, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions. The crane has a gradeability of 30%, which enhances its mobility on sloped or uneven terrain, and a travel speed of up to 1.3 km/h, providing efficient movement across job sites. The ground bearing pressure is 0.07 MPa, which helps distribute weight effectively and ensures stability during operation.
The crane is equipped with various safety features, including hook and boom over-hoist prevention devices that stop lifting when the upper limits are reached. A moment limiter monitors load conditions and provides visual and audible alarms when loads exceed safe thresholds. The crane also includes a three-color load indicator, anemometer, and a gradienter to assist with safe operations by monitoring load status, wind speed, and ground angles, respectively.
The QUY100A’s hoisting system supports high-speed operations with dual-speed winches capable of hoisting and lowering at rates of 116/57 m/min in high-speed mode and 82/41 m/min in low-speed mode. The swing system offers a 360° rotation with speeds up to 1.96 rpm, allowing for flexible maneuvering of loads. The crane’s modular counterweight system totals 34 tonnes, which helps maintain stability during lifts and can be adjusted based on specific project needs.
For ease of transport and assembly, the QUY100A has transport dimensions of 14,550 mm (L) x 3,200 mm (W) x 3,290 mm (H), with a total machine mass of 103 tonnes, facilitating straightforward relocation between sites. The operator cab is designed with comfort and visibility in mind, featuring an ergonomic seat and comprehensive control systems for efficient operation.
Overall, the Fuwa QUY100A offers a reliable and adaptable solution for mid-range lifting applications. With its robust safety features, high-performance hydraulic system, and flexible configuration options, it is well-suited to support a wide range of construction and industrial projects.
