Product Description
The Fuwa QUY400 crawler crane is a robust and versatile machine designed to handle super-heavy lifting tasks with a maximum lifting capacity of 400 tonnes at a 5-meter radius. This crane supports a range of boom and jib configurations, providing flexibility to meet different project requirements. The main boom can be extended from 18 to 84 meters, and with the addition of a luffing jib, the reach can be extended to a total of 150 meters (84 meters of main boom combined with a 66-meter luffing jib), making it ideal for high-reach and complex lifts in sectors like infrastructure and heavy industrial construction.
The crane’s superlift system includes a mast and counterweight arrangement, allowing it to handle increased loads. The superlift fly jib configuration extends to 96 meters, supporting lifts of up to 90 tonnes at a 17-meter radius.
Powered by a Cummins QSM11 diesel engine delivering 298 kW at 2100 rpm, the QUY400 provides efficient power for its extensive hydraulic system. The crane’s main and auxiliary winches offer hoisting speeds of up to 145 m/min, and the main derricking system operates at speeds of 2 x 36 m/min, supporting efficient setup and operation. The luffing jib derricking system has speeds of up to 108 m/min, allowing for smooth adjustments of the jib angle. The crane features a swing speed of up to 1.1 rpm, and it can travel at speeds of 1.2 km/h, with a gradeability of 30%, enabling it to maneuver across challenging terrains.
The QUY400 is equipped with comprehensive safety features, including hook and boom over-hoist prevention, a moment limiter, and a three-color load indicator that continuously monitors and displays load conditions. Additionally, the crane includes brakes on the main and auxiliary drums, as well as locking devices on the winches and derricking drums, enhancing operational safety. The ground bearing pressure is 0.14 MPa, ensuring stability on soft or uneven surfaces, while the total crane mass is 345 tonnes, including the basic boom configuration.
Designed for transport and setup efficiency, the QUY400 has transport dimensions of 14,550 mm (L) x 8,790 mm (W) x 4,490 mm (H). It also features multiple hook block options, ranging from 13.5 to 400 tonnes, providing versatility for various lifting applications. The crane’s advanced electronic control system includes hydraulic components imported from top manufacturers, ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance.
The Fuwa QUY400 is an optimal solution for contractors needing a powerful and adaptable crane that can handle substantial loads with precision. Its modular design and high lifting torque of 5540 tonne-meters make it capable of tackling complex projects in demanding environments.
