Product Description
The Fuwa QUY750 crawler crane is engineered for the heaviest lifting tasks, offering an impressive 750-tonne lifting capacity at an 8-meter radius in its superlift configuration. This crane’s design incorporates a range of modular components, including a superlift counterweight and special boom head for wind power applications. The main boom can be configured from 36 to 138 meters, while additional configurations with the luffing jib can extend the reach to a total length of 196 meters, providing substantial height and flexibility for tasks such as wind turbine installation and industrial construction.
The crane supports both heavy-duty and light-duty boom combinations, with a maximum rated lifting capacity of 650 tonnes at a 6-meter working radius in its non-superlift configuration. Additionally, the heavy-duty boom ranges from 24 to 84 meters and can be extended further when combined with a light-duty boom, offering lifting capacities of up to 430 tonnes at a 7-meter radius. The crane also includes a specialized boom for wind power, with a reach extending from 84 to 114 meters, designed specifically for the demands of wind turbine installations.
The QUY750 is equipped with advanced components, such as a “fork-type” joint system for easy assembly and disassembly of the boom sections, a 6-row roller bearing swing system for smooth and reliable rotation, and double swing drives integrated into the center frame for enhanced maneuverability. Safety and monitoring features include a ground bearing pressure monitoring system, an emergency remote control system, and a thunder protection device, all contributing to safe and efficient operation in diverse environments.
The superlift system includes a 36-meter mast and variable counterweight options, allowing up to 400 tonnes of counterweight to be adjusted for optimal stability. The superlift system provides a maximum lifting torque of 10,454 tonne-meters, enabling the crane to manage exceptionally heavy loads with precision. The superlift counterweight swing radius ranges from 13 to 20 meters, depending on the configuration, offering additional flexibility in setup.
This crane is powered by a Cummins QSX15 diesel engine with a rated power output of 418 kW, supporting efficient hydraulic operations. The hoisting system achieves speeds up to 130 m/min, while the derricking and luffing jib speeds facilitate quick adjustments. The crane’s travel speed reaches up to 1 km/h, allowing for controlled movement across job sites, and a gradeability of 30% ensures that the QUY750 can navigate challenging terrains.
The operator’s cab is designed for comfort and functionality, equipped with air conditioning, adjustable seating, and an advanced control interface for real-time monitoring and diagnostics. The crane also includes a black box data logger for recording operational data, which supports maintenance and safety checks.
The QUY750’s comprehensive range of hook blocks—from 15 to 650 tonnes—enables it to adapt to various lifting tasks, making it a versatile tool for large-scale projects in construction, petrochemical, and renewable energy sectors. With its robust design, modular setup options, and advanced safety features, the Fuwa QUY750 is a reliable and efficient choice for high-capacity lifting requirements.
