Hitachi CX2000

The Hitachi CX2000 crawler crane is engineered for large-scale lifting tasks, offering a maximum rated load of 200 tons at a 5-meter working radius. It is equipped with a basic boom length of 18 meters, extendable up to 90 meters for extended reach. With an optional jib length of 13 to 37 meters, the total combined boom and jib length can reach up to 127 meters, making it ideal for projects requiring both high reach and heavy lifting capacity.

The crane is powered by the reliable Isuzu A-6RB1T diesel engine, delivering a robust 221 kW (300 PS) at 2000 rpm. This engine provides the necessary power to ensure smooth and reliable operation across a range of lifting configurations. The CX2000 features line speeds of 110, 62, and 31 m/min for both the main and auxiliary hoist drums, along with a boom hoist speed of 27 m/min using dual drums. The crane’s swing system allows for precise positioning, offering a speed of 1.9 rpm in high gear and 1.1 rpm in low gear.

For mobility, the crane achieves travel speeds of 1.1 km/h in high speed and 0.7 km/h in low speed, with a gradeability of 30% (16°), ensuring it can traverse uneven terrains with ease. Ground pressure is rated at 93.1 kPa (0.95 kgf/cm²), ensuring stability even under heavy loads or soft ground conditions.

With an operating weight of 190 tons when equipped with an 18-meter boom and 200-ton capacity hook, the Hitachi CX2000 provides substantial lifting power and stability for a wide range of applications in construction, infrastructure, and industrial settings.
