Product Description
The Zoomlion ZCC750V crawler crane offers a robust lifting solution with a maximum lifting capacity of 75 tons and a lifting moment of 300 t·m, suitable for a variety of construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Its main boom extends from 13 to 58 meters, allowing operators to adjust the boom length according to the task at hand. For extended reach, the crane can be equipped with a fixed jib ranging from 7 to 19 meters, providing a combined maximum length of 77 meters when using the boom and jib together (58 meters of main boom plus 19 meters of fixed jib). The maximum lifting capacity on the fixed jib is 15 tons, making it suitable for lighter loads at extended distances.
The crane supports various operating modes to optimize performance for specific lifting requirements:
- S Mode: Standard main boom configuration from 13 to 58 meters.
- SH-1 and SH-2 Modes: These involve using the main boom with a tip boom, with SH-1 utilizing the primary hook and SH-2 the auxiliary hook, both operating within the 13 to 58-meter range.
- SF-1, SF-2, and SF-3 Modes: These configurations incorporate the main boom and fixed jib, offering combinations like (28m–43m) + (7m–19m). Depending on the setup, the crane can be operated with or without the primary hook, enabling flexibility for different lifting tasks.
The ZCC750V is equipped with high-efficiency hoisting capabilities, with the main hoisting winches (H1 and H2) achieving a single rope speed of 136 m/min at the third layer. An optional free-fall winch is available for applications requiring quick load lowering, enhancing the crane’s operational efficiency. The slewing speed reaches up to 2.1 rpm, allowing for smooth rotation, while the travel speed ranges from 0 to 1.3 km/h, providing adequate mobility on the job site. The crane’s gradeability is rated at 30%, making it capable of handling slopes and uneven terrain.
Transport and assembly are streamlined for the ZCC750V, with tracks that can be extended or retracted to optimize transport dimensions. The maximum transportation width is 3.2 meters, which can be reduced to less than 3 meters by disassembling the tracks. The weight of individual counterweight plates does not exceed 5.1 tons, facilitating the use of smaller auxiliary cranes for setup. Additionally, optional outriggers are available to aid in the assembly and dismantling of the track carrier, ensuring a more efficient transport and setup process.
The crane’s total operating weight is approximately 64 tons, which includes the basic machine with crawlers, main winches, boom sections, counterweight, and other standard equipment. Stability is maintained with a 32.7-ton rear counterweight and an 8.5-ton hook block, ensuring safe and secure lifting operations.
The ZCC750V’s cabin prioritizes operator comfort and safety, featuring a modern design with ergonomic seating, a 10.4-inch touchscreen for crane controls, and an integrated camera system that provides all-around visibility. This setup not only enhances operator comfort but also improves overall safety and efficiency during lifting tasks.
Overall, the Zoomlion ZCC750V provides a comprehensive lifting solution for mid-sized projects, combining flexible configurations, efficient transport features, and powerful lifting capabilities. It is well-suited for use in construction, industrial maintenance, and infrastructure development where versatility and reliability are essential.
