Product Description
The XCMG XCR130U is a heavy-duty 130 US ton rough terrain crane designed to tackle demanding lifting tasks in construction, mining, and industrial applications. Its main lifting structure features a five-section telescoping boom with a U-shape cross-section, providing enhanced strength and stability. The boom extends from 42.3 feet to a maximum length of 164 feet, using a double-cylinder rope telescoping mechanism for smooth and reliable operation. Additionally, the crane is equipped with a two-section lattice jib that extends from 35.4 feet to 60 feet, with offset angles of 0°, 15°, and 30° for increased flexibility in reach and positioning.
Powering the XCR130U is a Cummins QSL in-line six-cylinder diesel engine, rated at 300 horsepower at 2,000 rpm with a maximum torque of 1,020 lb-ft at 1,500 rpm. The engine complies with U.S. EPA Tier 4 emission standards, ensuring environmentally friendly operation. The fuel tank has a capacity of approximately 80.6 gallons, providing extended runtime for demanding tasks. The crane’s hydraulic system utilizes a dual-variable displacement pump for key functions, including hoisting, slewing, and telescoping, and features a load-sensitive multi-way valve for efficient control. The hydraulic oil tank capacity is 323.6 gallons.
The chassis is built from high-strength fine-grained steel with a welded torsion-resistant frame, ensuring a durable foundation capable of withstanding heavy loads. The crane’s stability is further enhanced by four hydraulically controlled H-shaped outriggers, which allow for multiple extension positions to suit different working conditions. The crane’s axles, supplied by KESSLER, are designed for both high load-bearing capacity and excellent maneuverability. The front axle is rigidly connected to the frame, while the rear axle is equipped with swing hydraulic suspension to absorb shocks and improve travel smoothness. When needed, the rear suspension can be locked in place to maintain stability during travel with a suspended load.
The XCR130U’s steering system includes multiple modes, such as front axle independent steering, tight turning radius steering, crab walk, and rear axle independent steering, providing outstanding maneuverability on rough terrain. The braking system comprises a dual-circuit hydraulic disc brake, with automatic activation if the pressure falls below a safe level, supplemented by a spring-loaded parking brake on the front axle.
The crane’s slewing system features a single-row four-point ball bearing with hydraulic motor drive, offering 360° continuous rotation. The main winch, driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary gear reducer, provides reliable and smooth lifting performance with a high-speed winch capability for light loads and slower, precise control for heavy loads.
Operator comfort and safety are prioritized with the XCR130U’s cab design. It features a tiltable structure with a sliding door, adjustable seat, and large windows made from safety glass, providing excellent visibility. The cab is equipped with a heater, air conditioning, and 12V/24V power outlets for convenience. Safety features include a load moment indicator (LMI), hydraulic balance and relief valves, anti-two block systems, and a lowering limiter to prevent over-releasing of the hoist rope.
The crane’s counterweight system offers flexibility with multiple configurations, including a maximum of 35,274 lbs. It is equipped with different hook blocks (65 US ton and 120 US ton) for various lifting tasks, ensuring that the crane can handle a wide range of lifting applications.
Overall, the XCMG XCR130U combines strong lifting capacity, advanced technology, and rugged construction, making it a versatile solution for rough terrain lifting challenges.
