The Terex RT 90 is a 90-ton rough terrain crane, designed for heavy lifting applications in construction, energy, and industrial projects. It features a 47-meter (154-foot) full-power telescopic boom, making it ideal for long boom applications. The crane is equipped with multi-stage outriggers for various working configurations, and a 3-meter-wide (9.8-foot) chassis, allowing for easy transport and maneuverability in confined spaces. The enhanced control system with integrated diagnostics, along with an 18-degree tilting cab and a flat deck, improves operator visibility and comfort. Powered by either a Tier III or Tier IV Final Cummins QSB6.7 engine, the RT 90 meets emission standards for both North American and European markets, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.

The Terex RT 90 is a high-performance rough terrain crane, designed for versatile lifting operations in challenging job site conditions. With a maximum lifting capacity of 90 tons, this crane is suitable for construction, oil and gas, infrastructure, and industrial projects requiring high mobility and strong lifting capabilities.

The crane features a 47-meter (154-foot) main boom, providing excellent reach for long boom applications. The multi-stage hydraulic outriggers offer flexible positioning options, allowing the crane to be set up in various configurations to maximize stability and lifting efficiency. The RT 90’s compact 3-meter-wide (9.8-foot) design makes it easier to transport and maneuver in tight spaces, providing an advantage over larger rough terrain cranes.

A key feature of the RT 90 is its enhanced control system, which includes integrated diagnostics for improved monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth crane operation and reduced downtime. The crane’s newly redesigned cab includes an 18-degree tilting function and a flat deck, significantly improving operator visibility, comfort, and overall safety.

To meet global emissions regulations, the RT 90 is available with two engine options:

Tier 4 Final (North America & Europe): Cummins QSB6.7 Stage 4 – 168 kW (225 hp) @ 2200 rpm
Tier 3A (Other Markets): Cummins QSB6.7 Stage 3A – 164 kW (220 hp) @ 2200 rpm
Both engine options ensure strong performance, fuel efficiency, and reliability, making the RT 90 adaptable to different regions and market requirements. The crane is also equipped with a centralized lubrication system, reducing maintenance efforts and improving component longevity.
