The Grove GMK5200 is a high-capacity 200-ton mobile crane designed for complex and heavy lifting operations, featuring a sophisticated 60-meter TWIN-LOCK™ boom system that extends up to 63 meters. It is equipped with a comprehensive load moment and anti-two block system, offering enhanced safety through audio-visual warnings and control lever lock-outs. The superstructure is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM904LA engine, and the carrier is driven by a more potent Mercedes-Benz OM502LA engine, ensuring robust performance with a maximum torque of 2700 Nm. The crane’s operation is facilitated by an advanced electrical control system that synchronizes with the crane’s movements for precise handling.

The GMK5200’s chassis is built on a special 5-axle, high-strength steel frame, supported by MEGATRAK® suspension for superior on-site mobility and automatic leveling on highways. The crane features a fully equipped operator’s cab that is aluminum, tiltable, and integrates modern control systems for optimal comfort and efficiency. Additionally, it includes a sophisticated braking system with service and parking brakes ensuring safety across all operations. Steering is managed via a dual circuit hydraulic system, supplemented with an emergency steering pump, allowing for exceptional maneuverability.
