Product Description

The XCMG QAY260 is engineered for heavy-duty lifting, offering a maximum lifting capacity of 260,000 kg. The crane’s primary boom extends from 13.2 meters to 70 meters, while the combination of the main boom and auxiliary jib increases the total lifting height to 101.5 meters. The jib can be adjusted at angles of 0°, 15°, or 30° to accommodate different lifting needs.

For efficient operations, the crane is powered by an OM502LA.E3A/3 engine that delivers a rated power output of 420 kW, meeting China Stage III emissions standards. The QAY260 can travel at speeds of up to 72 km/h, providing quick mobility between job sites. The crane features a 12-wheel configuration with all-axle steering, allowing a minimum turning radius of 23 meters and enabling a 50% gradeability on rough terrain.

The hydraulic system allows rapid deployment, with the telescopic boom extending in less than 700 seconds and hoisting preparation completed within 85 seconds. The crane also includes a robust braking system for safety during operation, along with a fully hydraulic suspension that ensures stability by adjusting to varying terrain conditions.

Transport dimensions of the QAY260 are 15.85 x 3.0 x 4.0 meters, ensuring compliance with road transport regulations. The crane’s outrigger span extends up to 8.8 meters, providing a stable base for lifting tasks. Additional features such as dual winch speeds of up to 115 m/min for the main winch and 118 m/min for the auxiliary winch support efficient load handling.

Overall, the XCMG QAY260 is built for a wide range of lifting applications, combining high performance, mobility, and safety for construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
