The XCMG QAY300 is a high-capacity all-terrain crane, capable of lifting up to 300,000 kg. It comes equipped with a main boom that extends from 15.4 meters to 61 meters. The crane’s maximum lifting height, when using the primary boom and auxiliary jib, reaches up to 76 meters. The crane’s jib can be set at 0°, 15°, or 30° angles, offering versatility in various lifting scenarios.

The crane’s drive system includes an OM502LA III/5 engine that provides a rated power output of 420 kW, complying with China Stage III emissions standards. The maximum travel speed is 75 km/h, ensuring rapid site-to-site transfer. It also features a six-axle arrangement with steering capabilities on multiple axles, allowing for a minimum turning radius of 24 meters and excellent off-road maneuverability with a gradeability of 40%.

The QAY300’s hydro-pneumatic suspension ensures vehicle stability by adjusting to uneven terrains, while the advanced braking system provides safety and efficiency during operations. For enhanced lifting performance, the crane uses a five-section telescopic boom, employing single-cylinder technology for efficient extension and retraction.
