Product Description
The Fuwa QUY90 crawler crane is a robust and adaptable lifting machine with a maximum lifting capacity of 90 tonnes, ideal for a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects. With a standard boom length of 13 to 61 meters, the QUY90 offers excellent reach and flexibility. For extended reach, the crane can be outfitted with a luffing jib, achieving a total boom and jib length of up to 43.8 meters, while the luffing jib alone provides an additional 21 to 39 meters.
This model is powered by a Cummins QSL-9 diesel engine, which generates 209 kW at 1800 rpm, ensuring reliable power and efficiency. The advanced hydraulic system includes dual variable displacement main pumps, enabling simultaneous operations such as hoisting, swinging, and derricking. This hydraulic system, coupled with the load-sensing technology, provides precise control and enhances fuel efficiency. Additionally, the crane is equipped with a 400-liter fuel tank and a 570-liter hydraulic oil tank, allowing for extended operation durations without frequent refueling.
The crane’s main and auxiliary winches, with drum diameters of 610 mm, use 26 mm wire ropes with a maximum speed of 112 m/min, delivering up to 13 tonnes of single-line pull capacity. For boom operations, the derricking winch operates at 55 m/min, ensuring smooth and rapid adjustments. The crane can perform 360° continuous rotation, facilitated by dual hydraulic swing motors, which operate within a speed range of 0 to 2.1 rpm.
The QUY90’s undercarriage is designed for stability and mobility, featuring 108 track shoes on each side, with each shoe measuring 860 mm in width. The tension of these track shoes can be adjusted hydraulically, providing enhanced traction on various terrain types. The crane boasts a travel speed of up to 1.4 km/h and a 30% gradeability, enabling it to navigate challenging construction sites efficiently.
In terms of operator comfort and safety, the QUY90 is equipped with a spacious cabin featuring air conditioning, a large monitoring screen, and a moment limiter for real-time load monitoring. The counterweight system includes welded and suspended components, totaling 26.2 tonnes, which can be easily assembled or dismantled for transport.
This model also includes various hook blocks with capacities ranging from 11 to 90 tonnes, offering flexibility for different lifting needs. Constructed with high-strength steel and utilizing a lattice structure, the boom is durable and lightweight, optimized for lifting with minimal sway and deflection.
Overall, the Fuwa QUY90 is a reliable and versatile crane that combines strong lifting capabilities with advanced technology, making it suitable for complex lifting tasks in medium-duty construction projects.
