Product Description
The Sany SCC2500A is a high-capacity crawler crane designed for heavy-duty lifting operations. With a maximum rated lifting capacity of 250 tons and a lifting moment of 1380 t·m, this crane is well-suited for large-scale construction projects. Its boom can extend from 16 to 85 meters, providing the necessary height and flexibility for various applications.
The SCC2500A comes with multiple jib configurations to meet diverse lifting needs. In fixed jib configuration, the jib length ranges from 13 to 31 meters, and the combined length of the main boom and fixed jib reaches up to 70+31 meters, supporting a maximum lifting capacity of 36.3 tons. The luffing jib option provides a range of 22 to 58 meters, allowing the crane to achieve a maximum reach of 55+58 meters, with a rated lifting capacity of 66.8 tons.
The crane is powered by a Cummins QSL8.9-C325 engine, delivering 242 kW at 2100 rpm. This engine is compliant with European Off-road Tier III and Chinese Off-way Tier III emission standards, ensuring both power and environmental performance. The crane’s operational speed is impressive, with a main and auxiliary load hoist rope speed of up to 130 m/min, a boom/jib hoist speed of 0-67 m/min, and a slewing speed of 0-1.5 rpm. It has a travel speed of up to 1.0 km/h, providing sufficient mobility across job sites.
In terms of transport, the SCC2500A is designed for efficiency. The maximum transport weight of the basic machine (with the boom base) is 44.9 tons, and the transport dimensions are 17100 x 3000 x 3250 mm. With an average ground bearing pressure of 0.119 MPa and a gradeability of 30%, the crane is stable on uneven terrain and capable of handling demanding construction environments.
This crane combines powerful lifting performance with operational efficiency, making it a reliable choice for large infrastructure projects, energy developments, and industrial constructions.
