Product Description
The Sany SCC2500C is a high-performance crawler crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 260 tons and a rated lifting moment of 1442 t·m. Its boom length ranges from 16.5 to 91.5 meters, allowing for flexible use in a variety of lifting scenarios. The crane’s boom luffing angle varies from 30° to 81°, giving it the ability to handle complex lifting tasks in confined spaces or at great heights.
The SCC2500C offers a range of jib configurations, including fixed, heavy-duty fixed, and luffing jibs, to meet different operational needs. When fully extended with a fixed jib, the crane reaches a length of 76.5+31 meters, with an angle between the boom and jib of either 10° or 30°. For heavy-duty applications such as metro shield construction, the boom and fixed jib configuration can reach 19.5+7 meters, with an included angle of 30°. The luffing jib provides a reach of 61.5+61 meters and operates at a luffing angle of 63° to 88°, offering great versatility in confined or tight construction areas.
Speed is a key feature of the SCC2500C. The main and auxiliary winches have high line speeds: the main auxiliary winch can reach speeds of up to 143 m/min, while the main luffing winch can achieve up to 31 m/min, with a dual-speed option. The auxiliary luffing winch operates at a speed of up to 34 m/min, ensuring efficient handling of loads. The crane’s swing speed is 0 to 1.2 rpm, and its travel speed is up to 1.04 km/h (or 0.51 km/h in two-speed mode), providing reliable and controlled movement on the job site. With a gradeability of 30%, the SCC2500C can handle rough terrain with ease.
Powered by a 242 kW engine running at 2100 rpm, the SCC2500C delivers solid performance and fuel efficiency. The whole machine weighs 240 tons (with the basic boom and 250-ton hook), while the maximum transport weight of a single part, including the hoisting winch, is 59 tons. The crane’s transport dimensions are 13700 × 3400 × 3400 mm, ensuring ease of transport between job sites. The average ground pressure of 0.11 MPa ensures stability and safety during lifting operations, making the SCC2500C a dependable choice for large-scale construction projects.
