Product Description

The Sany QY50C truck crane is a high-capacity mobile lifting solution that balances power, reach, and control. Designed for a maximum lifting capacity of 55 tons, it features a five-section 42.5-meter main boom formed from high-tensile structural steel in a large-arc hexagonal profile. With an optional jib extension of up to 16 meters, the crane can reach a maximum lifting height of 58.8 meters, providing substantial vertical coverage for mid- to large-scale lifting tasks.

The crane is mounted on a robust 8×4 custom carrier chassis, offering a maximum travel speed of 76 km/h, with strong gradeability up to 35%, and a minimum turning radius of 11 meters. The chassis is powered by a Dongfeng Cummins ISLe310 30 diesel engine, delivering 228 kW at 2200 rpm with a maximum torque of 1200 Nm at 1200–1400 rpm. This engine meets Euro III emission standards and supports a 9-speed fully synchronized transmission for smooth and efficient driving.

Hydraulic performance is driven by a load-sensing and constant power control system using high-end components from Parker, Rexroth, and Danfoss. The main and auxiliary winches use fixed displacement piston motors, offering hoisting speeds of 130 m/min, and rope lengths of 220 meters (main) and 130 meters (auxiliary). The slewing mechanism is powered by a piston motor and retarder, with a rotation speed up to 2.4 rpm, ensuring smooth 360-degree positioning.

The outigger system includes H-type hydraulically controlled outriggers with a footprint of 7.2 × 6.0 meters, supporting excellent stability across varied terrain. Safety features include an advanced torque limiter, height limiter, piezoresistive pressure sensors, and an HD color monitor, integrating lifting charts and operating data for real-time monitoring and alerts.

The operator’s cab is ergonomically designed with enhanced visibility and comfort, incorporating an adjustable seat, wide-angle glass, and high-grade finishes. The superstructure is outfitted with a 3.5-ton counterweight and includes electro-hydraulic control levers for boom elevation, extension, slewing, and winching, delivering intuitive and fatigue-free operation.

Overall, the Sany QY50C stands out for its strong lifting capacity, advanced hydraulic systems, and operator-focused design, making it a dependable choice for demanding lifting operations in construction, utilities, and industrial sectors.
