XCMG QY70K-I Hydraulic Truck Crane Load Chart

Product Description

The XCMG QY70K-I truck crane is a versatile 70-ton capacity lifting machine designed for heavy-duty applications requiring strong on-road mobility and stable lifting performance. Built on a four-axle chassis, the crane measures 13,930 mm in overall length, 2,800 mm in width, and 3,575 mm in height. It has a transport weight of 43,000 kg, with a front axle load of 17,000 kg and rear axle load of 26,000 kg, providing balanced load distribution for road travel and site maneuvering.

The QY70K-I is powered by a choice of engines including Steyr WD615.338, SC9DF375Q3, or WP10.375 models, each delivering approximately 276 kW at 2200 rpm and producing maximum torque ranging from 1,460 to 1,500 Nm. The crane achieves a maximum travel speed of 80 km/h and offers a minimum turning diameter of 24 meters, enabling easy movement through confined work sites and urban streets. With a gradeability of 40% and minimum ground clearance of 327 mm, it provides dependable off-road performance.

The crane’s superstructure features an octagonal-shaped, high-strength steel boom with five sections, extending from 11.6 meters (base boom) to 44.5 meters when fully extended. An optional jib extends maximum lifting height to 59.5 meters. Boom elevation from minimum to maximum takes about 60 seconds, while boom telescoping (from shortest to longest) completes in approximately 150 to 100 seconds. The crane offers a maximum slewing speed of 2 rpm and hoisting speeds of 130 m/min (main winch) and 108 m/min (auxiliary winch).

With outriggers extended to a span of 6.1 meters longitudinally and 7.3 meters laterally, the QY70K-I provides stable lifting performance. Maximum rated lifting load is 70 tons with a maximum load moment of 2303 kN·m using the base boom and 492.8 kN·m with the fully extended boom and jib combination. The crane’s advanced load moment limiting system, provided by Hirschmann, features a 256-color LCD screen with real-time safe load indicators, diagnostics, and operator alerts for improved lifting safety.

The cab is ergonomically designed with large window panels, adjustable seating, and electric side windows, enhancing operator comfort and visibility. Interior controls feature modern joysticks and digital interfaces that assist operators in monitoring machine status and lifting conditions.

Other notable specifications include:

  • Maximum approach angle: 19°
  • Maximum departure angle: 11°
  • Fuel consumption: approximately 45 liters per 100 km
  • Boom operating angles: 29.8° to 80° (varies by boom length)
  • Min rated working radius: 3 meters
  • Turning radius at swing table tail: 3.55 meters

Safety and operational enhancements include a patented hydraulic system that optimizes energy use, specially imported high-strength boom cables and bearings, and an updated counterweight system (available configurations from 4-5 tons) for improved lifting stability.

Overall, the XCMG QY70K-I truck crane combines robust lifting capability, reliable mobility, advanced hydraulic technology, and operator-focused features, making it a solid choice for mid-capacity lifting tasks in a variety of conditions ranging from urban construction to large-scale infrastructure and plant work.
