Product Description
The Zoomlion ZCT600V532 represents a modern telescopic crawler crane that combines the mobility and stability of a crawler undercarriage with the operational ease of a hydraulic telescoping boom. Rated for a maximum lifting capacity of 60 tons at a 3-meter working radius, this crane is engineered for efficient performance across a range of heavy-duty applications including foundation work, wind power maintenance, petrochemical plant construction, and general industrial lifting.
The crane’s boom system consists of a five-section, high-strength steel telescopic boom that extends from 11.4 meters to 40 meters. It is paired with a lattice-type jib offering an additional 8 to 16 meters of lifting height, bringing the total lifting height up to 56 meters. The boom sections are extended via dual telescopic cylinders and synchronized ropes, allowing for smooth and safe extension and retraction operations. The jib can be mounted with 0°, 15°, or 30° offset angles, enhancing versatility for angular or elevated lifting scenarios.
The ZCT600V532 is driven by a Cummins QSB6.7 engine producing 194 kW at 2200 rpm and torque of 990 Nm at 1500 rpm, compliant with China Stage III non-road emission standards. It operates on a dual-circuit hydraulic system with a working pressure of 28 MPa and a 600-liter hydraulic oil tank, ensuring steady power delivery across lifting, slewing, and travel functions.
Travel is achieved via independent hydraulic motors and reducers on each crawler, allowing for maximum mobility even on challenging ground conditions. The crawler chassis provides a 900 mm wide track shoe option and supports a maximum travel speed of 2.2 km/h with a gradeability of 30%. The crane can perform 360° rotation with a maximum slewing speed of 2.5 rpm. It offers both pick-and-carry capabilities and static lifting operations, and can maneuver with loads on the hook in many configurations.
Safety and operational features are integral to its design. The crane includes a comprehensive Rated Capacity Indicator (RCI), anti-two block system, load moment limiter, emergency stop, and multiple video cameras for real-time monitoring. The operator cab is ergonomically designed with full glass panels for maximum visibility, climate control, and dual joystick control, meeting global safety and comfort standards.
